30 gwhite sugar
1 tsplemon juice
40 gall purpose flour
1/4 tspvanilla essence
1/2 tspbaking powder
3egg whites
2egg yolks
2 tbspmilk
Butter to grease
Honey or maple syrup to drizzle

Steps

Whisk together flour, vanilla essence, milk, egg yolks, lemon juice and baking powder

On the side whisk egg whites and sugar (bit by bit) till still peak. Fold into batter

Grease pan with butter and drop dollops of batter on pan. Heat for 5 mins each side. Drizzle honey over (+ fruits）
