Step 1: Green gram and rice 4:1 ratio Soak it 5 hours. Chopped onions(you can use big or small onion)
Step 2: after soaking grind it nicely like dosa batter. Add salt, asafoetida, jeera powder mix it.
Step 3: Take a dosa tawa make it nice dosa toping spead the onion on top of the dosa put one spoon oil round on dosa. Till brown colour.
Step 4: Take the dosa from tawa
with tomato chutney or onion chutney, tomato thoku. now it's ready to serve.
