Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cream s’butter, sugar and peanut butter till creamy. Add egg and incorporate.

Add flour salt and bicarbonate. On floured surface roll in to 3cm balls. Place balls on a greased and floured baking tray. Flatten balls with a fork.

Bake for 13 minutes. Don’t touch them allow them 3 minutes to cool and thus harden.
