It's a very hot day today, so here's a refreshing menu to cool down.

Prepare the ingredients as shown. Wash the mangoes and scrub the skin clean. Slice the young mangoes into rounds without peeling, and remove the seeds. For the chili salt, mix sugar, salt, and dried chili to taste in a bowl and set aside.

Make the syrup by placing a pot on the stove, adding sugar and a little water. Simmer until the sugar is completely dissolved, then set aside.

Prepare a blender. Add the young mangoes, syrup, salt, and ice, and blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses (coat the rim of the glass with syrup and dip into the chili salt). Garnish with mango slices and sprinkle with chili salt.
