  • 100 gmSmoked Chicken or Duck
  • 1Pear
  • 1Carrot
  • 1Cucumber
  • Walnuts
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Salad mix
  • Sour Dough Crackers or Croutons

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Slice the pear thinly and set it on a medium heat on a grill pan until the pear is browned.

  2. 2

    Slice Smoked Chicken or Duck thinly.

  3. 3

    Julienne Carrots and slice cucumber.

  4. 4

    Mix everything together and serve!
