Steps

Cut the bread into two pieces except black sides.

In a pan take the oil and do deep fry bread.

For making chasni- take 2 cups of water add 1/2 cup of sugar and mixed well in high temperature then added elaichi.

In a pan add 1 lt milk and make it thick at low temperature till it becomes in form of rabri.

Now bread which is deep fry dip in chasni and remove it gently and put it in to the plate, then on the bread apply Rabri.

For garnishing we can apply kesar on it.
