If your idli-dosa batter turns sour this recipe comes handy. Can also be made with normal rice batter.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, after it splutters add onions and green chillies. Saute till translucent.

Add rava and tempering to batter and mix well. Check salt add if required. Set aside for 15 min.

Pour in kuzhi paniyaram pan and drizzle oil on the sides and flip. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
