250 gmsokra/ ladies finger(chopped sideways)
1 cuponions (chopped)
1 tspchilli powder
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspmustard seeds
1/2 tspurad dhal
4 tbspnOil
as per taste Salt

Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add mustard and urad dhal.

After it splutters add onions and saute till golden brown.

Now add the okra/ladies finger. Saute in medium frame till the stickiness disappears.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Fry till raw smell goes.
