Ingredients

  • 1 cupRipe Mango Pulp
  • 1 glasswater
  • 3-4 tbspsugar (depends on the sweetness of mango)
  • 1/4 tspcitric acid (nimbu phool)
  • 2 pinchessalt (will enhance the taste and work as preservative too)

Steps

    In a pan add water and sugar let sugar let dissolve and get water boil. Now add citric acid mix it well. Boil for 5 more min.

    Now add mango pulp. Let it boil properly for more 3-5 mins. Now add salt. Mix it and let boil for a min. Off the gas. Let it cool.

    Take a blender. Blend the squash properly. Now strain it. Will get concentrate of mango squash.

    Pour in a jar and can be stored in the refrigerator. When you want add ice cubes in serving glass add 3-4 tbsp of concentrate and water. Stir it and enjoy the summer
