Ingredients

8 to 10 serving
  • 1 kgBoneless chicken
  • 100 mlCream
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • Ginger and garlic powder 1/4 tsp & 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 tspLal mirch
  • 1/4 cupDahi
  • 1/3 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in cream and marinate chicken for 1/2 hour.

  2. 2

    And then insert the marinated chicken in wodden sticks.

  3. 3

    And then heat the oil in pan on low flame

  4. 4

    And then fry it's one side for 5 minutes on low flame. And then fry it's second side for 5 minutes on low flame.
