Grate the gourd, squeeze water, add gram flour, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Make ball of the mixture prepared.

Deep fry the balls.

Chop the tomato, onion, chillies and cook them for 2 minutes and keep it aside to cool down. Then put this cooled mixture to blender and blend to a smooth paste.

Heat up oil in a pan and pour blended mixture and ginger garlic paste to pan and cook it in a medium flame until turns aromatic.

Add water to well cooked mixture and let it boil.

Put all the balls prepared in the pan and let the soak the gravy.

Take it out and serve hot with rice.
