Opal pepper soup n diced yam

Cook opals with onions, spices n salt till tender. In another pot boiled d diced yam and set aside.

Put sm oil in a pot, then add grated pepper n scotch bonnet,garlic n ginger paste into d pot,stir for 2mins,add some water into it n add the opals n spices, add cubes, salt to taste.Cover and allow to boil for sm minutes.

Add d diced boiled yam into d pot n cover for 2-3min.

Off d fire n serve
