Ingredients

Serves 4-5 servings
  • 5egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cupssugar (250 grams)
  • 1/3 cupwater (85 milliliters)

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the 5 egg whites in a stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

  2. 2

    Once the egg whites are stiff, use a piping bag to shape small meringues.

  3. 3

    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in an oven preheated to 210°F (100°C).
