Yam balls

I was looking for something simple to cook and this idea came to my mind.

Cut the yam into small pieces, wash and put into a pot to cook.

Pound the cooked yam and set aside.
- 3
Grind the pepper and cut the onion, fry with a little amount of oil. Then add into the pounded yam and mix.

Mould the mixed yam into balls.
- 5
Put some oil into a pan, put on fire and allow to heat. Dip the balls into a battered egg and put into the oil.

Fry and serve.
