Steps

Take a mixing bowl, pour the ragi flour, onion, chilli, ginger, curry leaf, salt, cumin, chopped coriander leaf. Water as needed.

Knead the dough, it should be a bit soft.

Heat the Dosa tava for 5 mins.

You may pat the dough on a banana leaf or an aluminum sheet.

Take a ball and spread it evenly as possible as thin. Grease your hands with oil while doing this.

After it cooked, it's ready to eat. We can eat this with jaggery.
