This is my son Panash Favourite Recipe, Very Crisp Wedges along with some deliciously flavoured mayo.

This is my son Panash Favourite Recipe, Very Crisp Wedges along with some deliciously flavoured mayo.
Steps

First Wash the Potatoes very well, now cut the wedges along with it's skin.

Now take it to bowl, sprinkle some water and add cornflour, coat it well with cornflour.

Fry it in hot oil on medium flame until it turns light brown.

Potato will be very crisp now. Take it into bowl.

Now add some mayonnaise, black pepper powder, salt, chilli flakes, oregano and mix it very well.

Garnish it with some basil leaves.
