Ingredients

15 cutlets
  1. 1/4 cupboiled white chana
  2. 1/4 cupboiled black chana
  3. 1/4 cupboiled rajma
  4. 1/4 cupsoaked chana dal
  5. 3boiled,mashed potatoes
  6. 1large onion chopped
  7. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  8. 2 tbspgrated cabbage
  9. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  10. 1 tspfennel powder
  11. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  14. 1/4 tspGaram masala powder
  15. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  16. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  17. 1/2 tspchat masala
  18. to tasteSalt
  19. Oil for shallow frying

  1. 1

    Combine all the dals and make a coarse paste in a blender

    Now mix all the ingredients and, adjust salt and spices according to your taste,

    Make shapes out of the mixture and shallow fry in medium high flame.
