First of all soak Dal for wada urad and rice soak overnight wash it well 3,4times and soak overnight in morning drain all water from it.

Now grind it by add some water to make thick batter.keepa side for some time up to 1hour or make instantly.then add salt as per taste and 1/2tsp backing powder.

Mix it well add 2,3spoons of water if required consistent of batter is thick medium remember it take wada maker fill it with batter.

Now heat oil deep fry Wada by making it with maker

Deep fry up to turn golden brown remove from kadai wada is ready.

Now time is to make sambhar first of all wash tuar Dal add tarmaric powder and salt as per taste boil to whisle 3,4.keep aside

Chopped onion and potatoes. Now take a kadai add 1serving spoon Oil add mustard seeds and cummin seeds.

Then add chillies and potatoes and onions mix it cook for 1,2 minutes now add tomatoes and Curry leaves mix it and cook 2minutes. On medium flame.add red chilli powder, tarmaric powder salt as per taste.

Then add Dal which is boil before and mix it well add some water according to thick of your choice add imli water boil it once off gas flame garnish coriander with leaves wada is ready to

Now sambhar wada is ready to serve
