Oil mien ginger garlic paste or Qeema daal kar fry krein jab Colour change ho Jaye to salt, crushed red chilli, cumin seeds or coriander seeds daal kar cook krein.

5 Minutes cook krny ke bd w cup water daal kar cover kar dein for 20 Minutes on slow flame.

20 Minutes baad green chillies or chopped onions daal kar medium flame par cook krein. Last mien fresh coriander daal kar thanda hony ke liye rakh dein.

Eik bowl min flour, salt, ajwain or ghee dalien. Or mix kar ke hard dough goondh lien. Or 30 Minutes ke liye cover kar ke rakh dein.

30 Minutes baad round peray bana lie. Eik pera bail ke usko center se cut krein. Half moon Patti ready Hai is mien qeema filling kar ke samosa shame mien fold kar lien.

Sab Samosay ready kar lien or medium flame par oil garam kar ke Samosay fry kar lien.

Golden ho jayein to Garam garam serve krein.
