Steps

In a clean, dry bowl. Pour in broken rice

Wash 3x

Soak in moderate water

And set aside for some hours

Drain water and wash once

Proof yeast(warm water+yeast)

Pour in rice into blender

Add lil water, blend till smooth

Transfer into a clean bowl

Measure out flour

Then add into proofed yeast, whisk until well combined

Pour into rice batter

Whisk well

Till well combined

Cover with cling film, let it sit for an hour in a warm place.

Well fermented after an hour. (PS: just 1 hour is enough, to avoid flat batter)

Add in sugar

Place masa pan on medium heat.... PS:—(maintain medium to low heat, for a light brown color masa) line each circle with lil oil and scoop in rice batter

Flip it over using a spoon or skewer

All done😅😅😅😅😅 among all d steps/procedures to making masa. I vote for this as the best(seriously not because i made it) but because it’s easy and non-fail... this the third time I’m making it and still the same
