8Fresh Bread slices
2Boiled eggs
2 tbspmayonnaise
1/2 cupchopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
2 tbspchopped coriander
1 tspblack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
2 tbspbutter

Steps

Smash the eggs and mix all the ingredients accept bread with it.

Now brush the butter on the breads.

Heat the pan and place the breads on it and keep it until turn into brown.

Now switch off the gas. Take a bread and put the egg mixture on it followed by another bread on it. Now cut it diagonally. The Sandwiches are ready.
