Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine flour salt and yeast into a bowl and mix with a spoon while slowly pouring water in as you mix. Once all the water is soaked in, mix with your hands and knead til you get a rough dough. Let it rest for 30mins
- 2
No flour on your container, knead for about 3-4 mins until you get more of a smoother wet ball. Place into a big bowl and cover it so the dough can ride in your fridge for 2-3 days
- 3
An hour before putting into your oven preheated at around 200°C, knead a little more and cut into 2-3 dough balls. Smooth them to round balls and cover with a cloth.
- 4
These will cook in about 20mins, turn once half way. Enjoy!

I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

Easy Crispy Pizza Easy Crispy Pizza
I'm so hooked on homemade pizza. I started being lazy with it since I wanted to make the procedures more simple, and ended up with this easy recipe. These days I'm even making this on a busy weekday night.Just remember that it's 50 g of flour per serving, and the water should be half the amount of the flour Please increase the amount of ingredients according to the number of servings. When using aluminum foil, roll it up before spreading it out. This makes the foil slightly bumpy to prevent the dough from sticking (I didn't do this when I took the photo, so it was really a hassle afterwards).I advise you to use a sheet of parchment paper.
