Chop all your nuts - almonds, walnuts, raisins and keep aside.

In a bowl, seive maida, baking soda and baking powder, salt, Milk powder. Mix well.

Add oil or butter to the mix. Next add sugar and mix well.

Next add fresh malai, vanilla essence and milk as required. whisk the mix. Or mix in cut and fold method. See that there are no lumps in mixture.

Now add all the chopped nuts and tutti fruity. Leave some dry fruits for garnish on top.

Preheat your oven at 180 degree C. Take a baking pan and grease with butter and maida. Pour the mix and add dry fruit on top and bake your cake.

Bake for around 25 - 30 minutes. Do a toothpick test and see if the cake has baked properly. If the toothpick comes out clean your cake is ready.

Let it cool down completely and then remould the cake properly without breaking.. Cut into slices and serve.

Perfect tea time cake is ready.
