2 servings

1 cupflattened Rice
1big sized boiled potato
1medium sized finely chopped onion
2chopped green chilli
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/4 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspchaat masala powder
1/2 tspblack salt
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
To taste salt
2 tspChopped Coriander leaves
As neededOil for frying

In a bowl take all ingredients except oil and mix it well altogether.

Heat oil in a pan fry all the fritters on medium flame until it becomes crispy and golden.

Fritters are ready to serve with tomato sauce.
