These cookies are crispy, bitter sweet coffee flavour and absolutely delicious which are literally made using coffee beans in coffee beans shape and great with coffee as starters ... A true Coffee Lovers dream.
Steps

Roast coffee beans for 2 to 3 mins. Let it cool down and grind to smooth powder. Coffee powder is ready to use.

Mix hot milk and coffee powder well and keep aside.

In a mixing bowl take butter and powder sugar. Whisk well until butter turns smooth and creamy.

Place a sieve on bowl, add maida, baking powder, cocoa powder and corn flour. Sieve all and mix well to the butter mixture.

Add coffee milk mixture and combine everything well to make dough. Do not knead the dough, just combine well.

Cover the dough with cling wrap and keep in refrigerator for an hour.

After an hour remove the dough from the refrigerator. Divide in equal 15 parts. Make oval shape balls and keep in plate. With the help of the backside of a knife make a mark on the centre of the balls. Again keep plate in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

Gently transfer the balls to the greased baking tray. Bake in an preheated oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 20 to 25 mins. Time and temperature may vary depending on the oven you are using so please take care.
Remove from the oven and let it cool down completely. - 9

Please note that Instant coffee powder can be used if you don't have coffee beans.
