Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 3/4 cupsabudana (soaked)
  2. 2potatoes, boiled
  3. 1/2 cuppeanuts and cashews roasted & crushed
  4. 2greenchilles chopped
  5. Few coriender leaves chopped
  6. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil/ ghee for roasting
  9. Water for soaking sabudana

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a large bowl add sabudana with water soaked for 2- 3 hours.

  2. 2

    Drain off the water completely and rinse with fresh water.

  3. 3

    In a large mixing bowl, take soaked drained sabudana, add mashed potatoes.

  4. 4

    Now add roasted crushed peanuts and cashews, green chillies, coriender leaves, cumin seeds and salt, mix well.

  5. 5

    Make non sticky dough.

  6. 6

    Now take a small ball of dough on butter paper or plastic sheet.

  7. 7

    Dip your hand in water so that you can spread dough easily.

    Make a hole in center, so that Thalipeeth absorbs oil and cook fast.

  9. 9

    Grease tava with oil/ ghee drop gently. Cook on medium flame. Flip over and cook both sides.

    Finally, serve Thalipeeth hot with curd.
