Mawa cake is a perfect combo with cup of tea or coffee.
Steps

Take a bowl and add butter and powdered sugar. Beat it until smooth and fluffy.

Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda. Mix using cut and fold method.

Then add curd and milk, mix it again using cut and fold method. Now crumble the mawa and add into the batter.

Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degrees fahrenheit for 60 minutes. Check it with toothpick.

For sauce: Add condensed milk, hung curd and cream into a bowl. Whisk it until smooth.

Now cut the cake into small pieces. Take a plate, spread a sauce. Then place a cake piece on it. Dust the powdered sugar and put strawberry slice on it. Put chopped jelly on plate. Serve it warm or cold.

You can store the cake in fridge for 7-8 days.
