Beetroot Rava Dosa

Soak rava for 10 minutes

In a mixer grinder add grated beetroot and green chillies

Add some water and salt to make smooth paste

Heat up a nonstick tawa pour the batter make design of lace from the sides

Apply oil and cook on both sides

Cook on a low flame to make it crispier

Serve hot with sambhar
