Ingredients

  • 1 bundlesayote tops
  • 1tomato(cut into 4 slices)
  • Halfchicken breast(strips)
  • 1 tspfish sauce
  • 1 slicegarlic and ginger and shallots

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash sayote and discard the hard steam.

  2. 2

    Heat a wok and add oil. Saute garlic ginger stir fry until golden aromatic then add chicken stir fry again then add tomato. Add a little water simmer then put in sayote and fish sauce. Mix it cover and simmer until cook.
