Ingredients

5 servings
  • 250 gmeat
  • 2 cupspishori rice
  • 2 tablespoonspilau masala
  • 1ginger
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste
  • 3onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry fry the meat in oil till brown

  2. 2

    Fry the onion in garlic n ginger till brown in 5 tablespoons of oil

  3. 3

    Add the meat and pilau masala and fy for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add the rice,tomato paste and 4 cups of hot water

  5. 5

    Season with salt and simmer till ready
