Take a big bowl add wheat flour semolina salt curd and mix well add water little by little so did not come lumps add slowly 1/1/2 cup of water

Make a batter not very thick not very thin just like a disaster and keep it aside for 10 minutes after that add baking soda and mix well.

Now heat nonstick tawa little grease it and clean it with tissue paper keep the heat on low pour a full ladle of batter and make a thin round in one direction.

Now flame should be increased on med and seems one side is roasted now flip the other side little roast and serve hot with green coriander pudina and coconut ground chutney.
