  • 500 gmsbhendi
  • 50 gmspeanut
  • As per taste Red chilli powder
  • As per taste Salt

  1. 1

    Wash and dry bhindi and cut into rounds.

  2. 2

    Deep fry in oil till crisp. Fry the peanuts.

  3. 3

    Add salt and red chilli powder while hot and toss.

  4. 4

    Ready to eat.

  5. 5

    Leave the bhindi to dry for some time. This makes it to cook faster.
