Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground turkey
  2. 1 tbsolive oil
  3. 2 clovesminced garlic
  4. Small diced onion
  5. 1/4 cuphoisin sauce
  6. 2 tbssoy sauce
  7. 1 tbsrice vinegar
  8. 1 tbsginger
  9. 1 canwater chestnuts diced
  10. to tasteSalt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat olive oil in pan and fry ground turkey until brown. Drain any fat.

  2. 2

    Stir in onion, garlic, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and ginger and cook until onion is translucent.

  3. 3

    Stir in diced water chestnuts and continue us to cook until we’ll combined. Add salt & pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Serve on lettuce wraps of your choice.
