Chakodi Recipe Andhra Rice Ring Murukku
Crispy tea time snack.
Steps

In a large kadai take 1 cup water.
Add chilli powder, turmeric, ajwain, sesame seeds, pinch hing, ghee and salt.
Mix well and get the water to a boil. - 2
Now add 1 cup rice flour and mix well till all the water is absorbed.

Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl. Wet your hand with water and start to knead. Knead the dough when it is still hot.

Roll a ball of dough into thick rope greasing the board with oil and cut into pieces and join the ends. Adjust thickness.

Deep fry in medium hot oil,till crispy and golden.

Once fried remove excess oil and drain on a tissue paper.

Storage in airtight container.

Enjoy this as a snack along with hot tea.
