Soak black chana overnight. now take black chana in a blender and make a smooth paste. Add gram flour, chopped onions, and all ingredients.

Knead this dough till the dough become nice and soft. Let's take a small amount of it and roll it between our palms and make the desire shape.

Now take a non-stick tawa. Add 1/2 tbsp of oil on it and put the cutlet on it. Shallow fry them on medium flame.

For wheat flour roti : Take half cup of wheat flour and 1 tsp oil. Knead the dough with some water. Now take a small portion of dough and make a big roti. Cook it on medium flame.

Now take the roti and place 2 kebabs on it. Top them with freshly chopped onions and Green chutney. Cut into two pieces and serve.
