To make mouth-watering pani puris we will first prepare both tikha mitha panis which are heart of this dish.to make spicy pani we will blend washed coriander leaves mint leaves ginger chilli pani puri masala rock salt black pepper powder lemon juice etc and strain them nicely allow it to cool for extra spiciness add jaljira powder.

To make masala mash boiled chana and potato add garlic red paste chopped coriander salt and keep aside.

For sweet chutney, blend deseeded imli soaked and dates strain them pulp nicely now heat this purree by adding jaggery salt garam masala pinch coriander powder add water to make perfect watery texture chill it. Now take puri fill masala dip in ur choice water and enjoy...
