Take a bowl add besan, pinch of salt, baking soda, water make thick medium consistency batter. Rest for 10 minutes.

Now heat oil for frying, take a small ball portion of batter drop into hot oil fry till golden brown.

Remove into the absorbent paper.

Take a bowl add curd, cold water whisk well, add salt, red chilli powder mix well.

Soak frying fulki in a warm water for 5-6 minutes (optional) or use directly.

Now add besan phulki into the curd bowl mix well.

Take a small sauce pan heat ghee add cumin seeds, crushed Coriander fry till brown, pour the tadka over the phulki, sprinkle pomegranate, Coriander leaves tamarind chutney, chaat masala.

Ready to eat dahi phulki with rice chapati, paratha.
