Firstly soak chana for over night with salt and sufficient water and then cook in pressure cooker, heat pan fry tomato, onions pieces with little oil,add coconut and make gravy

Heat pan over medium heaton stove top once hot add oil,jeera, clove, cinnamon saute, well add ginger garlic paste, add gravy and mix well.

Add boiled chana and cook for while and now make roties with whole wheat flour and serve with salad.
