Steps

Pressure cook the peas. Cut some makhanas into halves.

Make a fine paste of tomato. Dry roast the makhans.

In a wok, add oil. Heat it up. Add asafoetida, cumin. Add tomato paste. Stir fry it.

Now add malai. Add peas and makhanas. Stir fry them for 2 minutes.

Add a bit of water. Allow it to boil for a few mins and then serve hot.
