  • 1/2 kgboneless chicken
  • 2 tbspcorn flour
  • 2 tbspall purpose flour
  • 1egg
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspblackpepper powder
  • 1 tspchicken powder
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • B b q sticks as required
  • 1 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken inti 1 inches cube

  2. 2

    Mix all dry spices

  3. 3

    Add sauces and egg

  4. 4

    Now add corn flour and plain flour and mix nicely and set in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour

  5. 5

    Now put it into screwers and shallow fri

  6. 6

    Serve with katchup or souce

Chicken powder is available in every super store i use dashi brand you can use knowr chicken cubed instead of it
