In a bowl take besan, curd, dry masala,salt, ginger garlic paste and onion. Mix well. Add 6 cups Water. In a wok add oil and then Bay leaves, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds.

Add the mixture into wok and cook for 20-25 mins. Till the kadi gets separated with the foam.

For pakore. In a bowl add all the ingredients. Heat oil and drop the pakore into it. Cook well. Add to the kadi.

For tadka. In a spatula heat oil add coriander seeds cummin seeds turn off the gas and then add kashmiri chilli powder. Put in the kadi and spread it little. Serve with rice.
