Goan Style Egg Masala
Steps

Roast the khada masala and make paste of it along with onion, tomatoes and coconut.

In a kadai add oil and saute the above paste till oil leaves the side of your pan

Add Kashmiri chilli and turmeric and saute for 1min
- 4
Add sugar, salt and water and bring it to boil.
- 5
Add boiled slitted eggs and cook for 2-3min
- 6
Garnish with coriander.
