Steps

Take maida, suji, 2 tsp oil, salt, ajwain and add water. Then knead it properly and put it for rest for 40 minutes.

Boil potatoes, peel them, mash them and add spices according to your taste.

Take one roll of maida and make a roti shape and cut it from centre. Then make a cone shape by applying water in the corners and add potato mixture and paneer and close it by applying water. Now fry the samosa and serve it.
