Ingredients

  • 1/2mango pieces (Alphonso)
  • 2 tbssugar
  • 15-20mint leaves
  • 1/2green chilli
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1/2 cupcold water
  • As required ice
  • 100 mlsoda
  • For garnishing--
  • Few sprig mint leaves
  • slicesFew lemon
  • glassAs required sugar to coat edges of

Steps

  1. 1

    In mixer jar add Mango, sugar, mint leaves, green chilli, salt, lemon juice & water and churn it to fine paste.

    Strain the puree.

    Rub glass edge with lemon slice, then coat with sugar.

    Now put 3-4 ice cubes in glass then pour mango puree & fill half glass, add lemon slice and soda. Garnish with lemon slice and mint strands & serve immediately.
