Ingredients

  1. Forkarari bhindi-
  2. 350 gmsbhindi
  3. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  6. 1/2 teaspoonraw mango powder
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 3-4 tablespoonsbesan
  9. 2 tablespoonsrice flour
  10. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  11. as requiredOil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut bhindi horizontally into 4 pieces. Add bhindi, besan, rice flour, red,chilli powder, Turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, dry mango powder, ajwain, chaat masala in a bowl. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Deep fry the bhindi over high heat till the bhindi browned and crispy.Remove on a plate. Sprinkle lime juice and chaat masala serve immediately.
