It is an easy,healthy and obviously tasty Indo-chinese main course item.Lemon contains vitamin C which is very much needed in the current crisis. And Honey is also antioxidant and immunity booster.

It is an easy,healthy and obviously tasty Indo-chinese main course item.Lemon contains vitamin C which is very much needed in the current crisis. And Honey is also antioxidant and immunity booster.

Take all ingredients together.At first take 400 gm of chicken.Add 3 tablespoon cornflour,1 tablespoon flour, 2 teaspoon salt, 2 table spoon ginger- garlic paste.1 teaspoon red chilli powder and an beaten egg.Mix it well.Marinate for at least 30 mins.

Heat Soyabean oil in a pan. Deep fry the Marinated chicken pieces.

Add some extra oil in the pan. Fry the sliced onion, 3 green chillies in low flame.

Add 2 tablespoon lemon juice with 2 teaspoon honey.Saute it well.

Now add 2 table spoon soya sauce, 2 table spoon tomato sauce mixture.Saute it well.Add 1 cup water to the pan.

When it becomes boiling in low flame we have to add Deep fried chicken.

After 7 mins healthy and tasty Lemon and Honey chicken is ready for serving with fried rice,zeera rice.
