Ingredients

  1. 1/ 4 pack of spaghetti (cooked)
  2. Kidneys chopped
  3. Scotch bonnet (grated)
  4. sliceOnion
  5. stripsCarrot cut into
  6. Soy sauce
  7. Seasoning
  8. Green bell pepper
  9. Butter /veg oil
  10. Cumin,corriender powder

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Into a sauce pan add veg oil,oil to the pan let it hot then add in chopped kidney and saute for 10 minutes,add in spices and mix add in sauce soy seasoning and mix.

    Add in Scott bonnet,onion and saute for anoda minutes add in water and mix.

  3. 3

    Next add in carrot and let it cook for some minute, lastly add in bell pepper for some minutes and take up from heat and served with spaghetti.
