Ingredients

  • Sardines
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes /paste
  • Curry powder
  • Black pepper
  • Oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions in a pot till soft

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and let cook

  3. 3

    Add tomato paste, salt, curry powder and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Add the Sardines and stir.

  5. 5

    Let simmer on low heat for 3 - 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Serve hot

  7. 7

    With favorite starch.
