Firstly, in a bowl take 1 cup cooked rice and mashed smooth

Add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes and bread crumbs

Add 1 tsp chilli powder and salt, Chaat masala, green chillies (chopped)and mix well.

Shape the mixture into small to medium sized balls

Heat tha oil in a deep kadai and deep- fry a few balls at a time on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides

Serve the crispy cutlets with tomato katchup.
