Black Egg Curry

Saute 3 eggs in little oil with salt and keep aside.

Roast onion and dry coconut on gas directly. Make a paste of roasted onion, dry coconut, garlic, ginger, peppercorns, cloves, coriander leaves without water.

In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion and saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix.

Add prepared paste and cook until it leaves oil. Add 1 grated egg and mix.

Add water and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. Then ready to serve.
